Losing belly fat doesn't mean spending your nights in the gym or maintaining a fad diet...

It seems like one of the hardest parts of getting in shape is losing your belly fat. I saw thousands of commercials on TV that promised amazing results and I even bought a few but I wasn't losing belly fat with any of them! As it turns out I was doing EVERYTHING wrong and with a little instruction I was losing belly fat and was no longer doomed to have floppy looking belly fat.

What I had wrong was I thought that the key to losing belly fat was doing sit ups and making my stomach muscles hurt. If they hurt the next day I felt like I'd done something great and my waist was on it's way to becoming a six pack but I was wrong.
